The little coastal resorts of the Netherlands like Bergen and Egmont an Zee, are primarily popular among families as vacation spots. The historical small towns like Hoorn, Edam or Monnickendam are also worth an excursion. The biggest national park of the Netherlands is Hoge Veluwe with extensive forests and hills - even the important Kröller Müller museum is located here.
